Leather care

To remove more superficial stains from daily use you can use a slightly damp cloth, without wetting the bag. For more stubborn stains, try applying a cleanser or cow's milk, following the texture of the skin. Stop if you notice that you are spreading the stain, let the bag dry without using aggressive techniques. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to dry it, then simply let it sit for half an hour. If the stain is particularly difficult to remove, use a specific product, such as a conditioner for leather products or a specific anti-stain product for leather, purchasing the product in a leather goods store. The frame is made of galvanized aluminum, you can use a damp cotton cloth to polish it. Applique materials should be treated with care, especially those made of silk or sequins.

Like all things, your favorite bag can get ruined or broken over time and use. However, we will always do our best to find a solution. This is why we offer a repair service which, with some waiting times, will try to make your bag as good as new. If you don't pass through Bologna often or you need an urgent repair, don't worry, you can always rely on a leatherworker in your city who will surely do an excellent job.
