Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to change your mind. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once the return is received and verified at our Bologna office, we will promptly refund the amount related to the product.

In this case, we will take full responsibility for the issue: we will arrange the return at our expense and offer you an immediate replacement of the product or a full refund.

We prepare each Gamberini Bag with artisanal care from Tuesday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your package step by step.
