    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I return an item?


    Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to change your mind. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once the return is received and verified at our Bologna office, we will promptly refund the amount related to the product.
    Please note that return shipping costs and any re-entry customs duties (for non-EU countries) remain entirely at the buyer's expense.

    What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
    Your satisfaction and artisanal quality are our priority. If an item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at info@gamberinibag.com, attaching a photo of the damage. In this case, we will take full responsibility for the issue: we will arrange the return at our expense and offer you an immediate replacement of the product or a full refund.
    Shipping and Delivery: how long will it take to receive my order?

    We prepare each Gamberini Bag with artisanal care from Tuesday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your package step by step.

    COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR BAGS

    • Italy: Estimated delivery in 2-5 working days from payment. Shipping cost is calculated directly at checkout. (Free shipping for orders over €150)
    • Europe (EU): Fast and tracked delivery. Shipping cost is borne by the customer and is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
    • USA, UK, Canada, Switzerland and Northern Europe (Premium Service): To ensure a worry-free experience, we ship bags with DHL express courier via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that the product price already includes shipping, local taxes, and customs duties. Shipping will appear free at checkout and you will not be asked for any additional costs upon delivery!

    CAMEO SHIPPING
    For CAMEOs, we have developed dedicated and super convenient postal rates:

    • Italy: €2.00 (Free Shipping for orders over €25)
    • EU Europe: €4.00 (Free Shipping for orders over €35)
    • UK and Switzerland: €10.00
    • USA and Canada: €12.00
      (For non-EU shipments of Cameos only, no customs duties are foreseen due to the low value).
    Is the cameo at risk of detaching?

    No, the mechanical coupling system is designed to ensure total stability during daily use.
    Can I add more cameos later?

    Certainly, you can enrich your collection by purchasing individual cameos in the new seasonal variants.
    Is it possible to see them in person?
