Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Customers)
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To initiate the return procedure, it is necessary to contact our customer service at info@gamberinibag.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
The items must be sent to the following address:

Product and packaging conditions
- Condition of the goods: Only unused, undamaged items in the same condition as they were received will be accepted.
- Packaging: Returns must preferably be shipped inside the original Gamberini Bag box, well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of the original box, an alternative packaging that is adequate and safe for transport must be used.
- Documentation: You are required to insert a note inside the package showing the invoice number or a copy of the purchase receipt.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for the return of the product are entirely borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the condition of the product has been verified, we will proceed with the refund of the full amount of the item within 14 days of receipt of the return.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency.
- Any exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or customized according to the customer's specifications. Cameo TailorSuite and any other product configured with customized options fall into this category, as they are made specifically for the individual buyer pursuant to art. 16, lett. c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
