Shipping policy

l your order is usually shipped within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment, excluding special or custom products that may take longer. Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 19 p.m., excluding holidays, once the receipt of payment is verified. Please check the correctness of the shipping address. Gamberini Bag does not assume any responsibility if the shipping address is indicated wrong or not complete.

We ship with sDA courier, the courier will attempt the delivery twice and in case of failure to deliver will leave a notice with the withdrawal at the nearest post office. After 10 days of lying at the nearest post office, the parcel will be reconnected to the sender. Gamberini Bag does not assume any responsibility for the failure to withdraw the package. When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from Gamberini Bag with the tracking number to monitor the trend of the shipment. The shipping charges shall be borne by the purchaser. If the package and / or the articles inside were found to be damaged, or if an item were to be missed, the imdance should be kept for further verification. Any contestation concerning damage or misses will have to reach Gamberini Bag within 10 days of the delivery date resulting from the courier's site, otherwise it will not be accepted.

The products will be shipped directly from Italy by SDA. International orders could take longer due to customs formalities. The expenses of shipping, taxes and taxes shall be borne by the purchaser. All direct shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

IMPORTANT

If a parcel is returned to Italy because the buyer has not reclaimed the parcel, Gamberini Bag does not send replacements. Gamberini Bag is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on the parcel during delivery. Gamberini Bag has no control over that. The buyer shall be responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the package. The customs determines those charges and Gamberini Bag has no way of knowing what the charges may be.
