Shipping policy

Your order is generally shipped within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment, excluding special or personalized products which may require more time. Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM, excluding holidays, once payment receipt has been verified. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Gamberini Bag assumes no responsibility if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

We ship via SDA courier; the courier will attempt delivery twice. In case of failed delivery, a notice will be left for pickup at the nearest post office. After 10 days of storage at the post office, the package will be returned to the sender. Gamberini Bag assumes no responsibility for unclaimed packages. When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Gamberini Bag with a tracking number to monitor the shipment. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item is missing, the packaging must be kept for further verification. Any claim regarding damage or missing items must reach Gamberini Bag within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.

United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein (DDP Service)

For these specific destinations, shipments are made via DHL Express DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • Taxes and Duties Included: All customs duties, import VAT, and local taxes are included in the purchase price.

  • No Costs on Delivery: The buyer will not receive additional payment requests from the courier or customs authorities; the customs clearance procedure is entirely managed by Gamberini Bag via DHL.

  • All non-EU shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the real value of the items, as required by customs regulations.

Rest of the World (Non-EU countries not listed above)

For all other countries outside the European Union, shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms:

  • The product price is displayed net of VAT.

  • Any customs duties, local taxes, or customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

  • In case of refusal to pay these charges, the package will be returned to the sender. In this event, no refunds will be provided for shipping costs.

IMPORTANT

If a package is returned to Italy because the buyer failed to claim it, Gamberini Bag will not send replacements. Gamberini Bag is not responsible for any actions taken by customs during delivery. Gamberini Bag has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may apply to the package. Customs determines these charges, and Gamberini Bag has no way of knowing what they may be.
