There is a lot you can do to keep your purchase in good condition.
Spots : remove the stain with a slightly damp cloth, without wetting the bag. For stubborn stains, try applying a cleanser or cow's milk, following the texture of the skin. Stop if you notice that you are expanding the stain, let the bag dry without using harsh techniques. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to dry it, then simply let it sit for half an hour. If the stain is particularly difficult to remove, use a specific product, such as a conditioner for leather products or a specific anti-stain product for the skin, by purchasing the product in a leather shop. The frame is galvanized aluminum, you can use a damp cotton cloth to polish it. The materials of the appliques must be treated with care, especially those in silk or sequins.
Repair: s and you need to repair a product, you can take it to a leather repair shop you trust, or send it to us.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING Gamberini Bag

Your order is generally shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, excluding special or customized products which may take longer. Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, from 11am to 7pm, excluding holidays, once payment has been received. Please check the correctness of the shipping address. Gamberini Bag assumes no responsibility if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

We ship with SDA courier, the courier will attempt delivery twice and in case of non-delivery will leave a notice with collection at the nearest post office. After 10 days of storage at the nearest post office, the package will be returned to the sender. Gamberini Bag assumes no responsibility for failure to collect the package. When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from Gamberini Bag with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment. Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. If the package and / or the items inside are damaged, or if an item is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any dispute regarding damages or shortcomings must reach Gamberini Bag within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

OUTSIDE THE EU
The products will be shipped directly from Italy by SDA. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.

IMPORTANT
If a package is returned to Italy because the buyer has not claimed the package, Gamberini Bag does not send replacements. Gamberini Bag is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on the package during delivery. Gamberini Bag has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the package. Customs determines these charges and Gamberini Bag has no way of knowing what the charges may be.

Returns must be sent inside the Gamberini Bag box, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items. Please include in the package a note with the invoice number or copy of the receipt. We replace unworn and undamaged products and refund the full amount, subject to verification, after receiving them in return. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is the responsibility of the customer.
